From Cyprus to Vienna.....

Hi there! My name is Joanna and I am from the sunny island of Cyprus, currently living in the beautiful city of Vienna, Austria.

I have always had a passion for baking. Upon graduating with a 1st Class honours in Professional Culinary Arts from the UK, I moved to Vienna. I have over a decade of experience in the professional kitchen scene.

After years of family and friends telling me I needed to share my yummy desserts with others, I started my own business.

I demonstrated my baking skills to the master bakers in Vienna in order to receive the "Konditoren" qualification to officially set up my cake business.

I am very passionate about baking and using the best quality ingredients. Baking makes me happy. I bake with love, and that is what I believe makes my cakes special and of course; delicious.
